“Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better.”

Reflective Practise

To constantly question and critique everything can become a negative thing, if you allow it to. To constantly question and critique everything in a reflective manner can be a positive and life changing process that enables you to become an aspiring individual.

In order to continue to learn and develop it is important to reflect on our experiences and to question them, not to dwell but to find a path forward, to obtain this we need to research, observe and find solutions and this is what I do in both my teaching and artistic practice.

What has worked well and why? what can I do to improve?

PERSONAL REFLECTIONS

OBSERVATIONS

As part of my teaching practise I observed and documented various settings within the school environments, allowing me to learn how a school community functions and how I can develop as an educator and become apart of a whole school community
